I just said fair-well to another set of fantastic missionaries. These last nine weeks has just seemed to fly by. Elder Morgan, Elder Castle, Elder Alder, Elder Turner are all headed to the Laoag Mission. Elder Stradling, Elder Brady and Elder Gruingiger are going to Bacolod. Last but not least Sister Haws and Elder Nicholls are going to Quezon City. I am impressed with several of their individual efforts over the last nine weeks. Truly for each one of them, as they have followed the commandments and exercised faith, had what ever they have desired done unto them. Alma 57:21 Many of these Missionaries have taken off to high levals of proficciency in fulfilling thier purpose. this happened as each individually learned how to let the Holy Spirit Guide their vision and look, plan and act with spiritual eyes. I hope the rest are ready for the calling that will now be placed on their shoulders. I have shared many tender moments with them as they have struggled and grown. Perhaps the most tender memories were in our personal one on one interviews or in the discussion that we held as a class after a particularly challenging obstical. Our discussions helped to reevaluat our commitment to the calling of Missionaries as well as devotion to the Lord. I know that these Elders' potential is limitless and I have been shaped and touched by their diligent desire to serve the lord. Even though we have had our moments of frustration, I know each will be blessed and prospered according to their diligence and Obedience!
